"The staff are always reassuring, fun and caring"

About: New Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I suffer with prostate cancer. I attended the New Victoria for an endoscopy on my colon at the day surgery unit.

The staff were absolutely first class and couldn’t be better – they made the whole experience almost an enjoyable day out!

I’ve been in and out of the hospital a lot, and the staff are always reassuring, fun and caring. The hospital itself is also spotless. The staff always put the people first.

Whilst I can’t fault the staff, the system sometimes lets them down. The prescription and referral processes are long winded, and I’ve also sometimes received appointments for two different hospitals at the same time.

Many thanks for your very kind remarks, and for taking the time and trouble to provide your feedback.

It means a great deal to staff who read these comments, and I will certainly pass these on, I am sure they would wish me to thank you on their behalf also.

Thanks again.

Paul
