(as a service user),

My advocate, Alex, attended an independent community mental health tribunal with me. He was absolutely excellent and very supportive.

I would score him 10/10 and give him the highest praise possible; he explained everything that was going on to me clearly, and spoke up for me when needed.

I am disabled with a mental illness, and this support has been great.

I just want to give my thanks to Alex and the help he gave me.
