Anything else?
I would like to thank all the staff and doctors and anaesthetist who cared for me on the 1st August 2013 (appt time 10am) before, during and after my Cystoscopy and bladder biopsy operation. Considering I was under NHS, I felt I received first class 'private' treatment from everyone there. I would especially like to thank a member of staff who was so attentive and saw to my every need. Also a lovely nurse who met me and took me up to the ward and was very kind sympathetic and reassuring. Another lovely nurse who was also very attentive. A member of staff who was very friendly, always smiling and caring and last but not least my Anaesthatist who explained everything to me patiently and thoroughly and was also very reassuring throughout. There are so many rude, impatient and intollerant people in all walks of life, many working in varioius other hospitals and customer based jobs who definitely should not be in those professions. I have to admit I was preparing myself for this type of treatment when I came in that morning on the 1st August, only to find the complete opposite at St Mary's Hospital Paddington. The staff there, particulary the one's I've mentioned are a credit to the hospital and to the NHS. Thank you so much for such wonderful treatment especially as you were obviously all so busy that day. Thank you again.
