Anything else?
Well my first visit to Dewsbury Hospital & I was shocked at how lovely the staff were to patients & to each other. Checking each other were ok & if they needed help & if they'd managed to complete this or that & offering to do if they'd not got around to it. The member of staff at the front desk was on a phone call but even tho I'd not 'hovered' asking for help they got my attention & seemed to genuinely want to help me without me having to ask. All the nursing staff were lovely, kind & personable....human! The Doctor was very warm & friendly & at no point did I feel rushed or that I was taking up too much of their time. Everything was explained in full & I left feeling content. They sent me to X-ray & I only had to wait a few minutes before I was seen. Again, the member of staff who looked after me there was kind, friendly, considerate. At no point did I feel like an inconvenience while i was there. Having used & had awful experiences with Huddersfield, who are the complete opposite of everything I've said above, I was happily shocked at my experience. You're doing a great job, thank you!
"Shocked in a good way!"
