(as the patient),

I had severe pains in my chest and received treatment from a paramedic before being rushed to the A&E at the Lister Hospital.

My treatment in both the A&E and ward 9B was fantastic. I had constant care and kept fully up to date on my treatment and my condition. The nursing staff were very attentive - professional and friendly could not have wished for better.

The consultant fully advised me what was needed and carried out a painless procedure with great expertise.

Cannot praise the hospital staff highly enough.

Many thanks for your feedback, which we will make sure is shared with our colleagues in the Lister's emergency department, cardiology and ward 9B teams - although they will say that this is the level of service they provide to their patients every day, we also know that they'll still be delighted to read your kind words!
