I attended the hospital for day surgery and from the outset was treated with kindness and staff were courteous. The Ladywell day surgery unit was exceptionally clean, light and airy and a comfortable place to be whilst waiting for my slot.

I ended up having a local anaesthetic for my operation, which whilst minor meant that my dignity and privacy was at stake and every single member of staff made me feel at ease and comfortable.

I can truly say that I felt treated like a member of the family throughout my stay.
