(as the patient),

I had an injury to my right shoulder. I was lucky enough to have a young man named Johnny as my physiotherapist.

He was very polite, communicative and a good personality all round. He was excellent at his job and over the time I saw him he managed to sort my shoulder out. I have exercises to do if I should need them.

I am an elderly patient but we communicated very well. I would certainly recommend him to anyone.
