I went to clinic to be seen about my discharging ears. I was seen by the registrar who was very patient and listened to my story. I have been seeing doctors for years, but this was the first time i felt listened to. He examined my ear carefully, cleaned it out and explained to me how to look after my ears.The nurse was also very helpful whilst the registrar was away discussing my case with his Consultant. Three weeks later and my ears are better than ever! I was very impressed with the whole experience and just wanted to say a big thank you too all!
