"Rude staff"

Anything else?

As mentioned previously, i beleive there are some very good doctors who are experts in their field which is fantastic. But ... the general hospital staff on the reception/ check-in desks have complete lack of manners. I witnessed countless times, the reception desk staff in the endoscopy waiting room be extremely rude to patients; one even calling a lady a liar! Timings are not made clear and when i enquired to the time my partner would be seen and free to go - as i had been waiting for 5 hours!- i was told i just have to wait. All in all a very unpleasant experience, mostly from the staff as i beleive the treatment and hospital overall to be to an acceptable standard.
