Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience at Russells Hall Hospital. It is wonderful to know that you were so well looked after by the nurse responsible for your care. We are disappointed, however, to hear that you were left waiting for longer than you would have wished and that the receptionist you spoke to was unfriendly.
