"The superb care I have had from nurses and housekeeping"

About: Lincoln County Hospital

(as the patient),

I have had a number of health problems in the last 2 years. I have been taken to A and E by ambulance a number of times, been admitted to MEAU, Johnson Ward and Neustadt Welton ward and would like to convey my thanks particularly to the superb nursing and housekeeping personal.

I know that there have been complaints but I feel that so many of them are unfair.

Hello Pensioner Mary - thank you again for your feedback - it is much appreciated. On the other hand whilst we don't particularly want complaints it is important that we hear where things could be improved and conversely celebrate and build on where we have done well. Thank you again.
