(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter was admitted to this ward on sunday to have her broken arm reset, the team were fabulous with her as it was the first time she had ever had to have a procedure. They explained everything that was going to happen and reassured her and me at every stage. The theatre staff were wonderful, they put us at ease. Back on the ward, even a small incident with an electric bed that would not lower, all took things in their stride and were not phased. With all the negative press the nhs receives, a positive experience like this needs just as much attention. WELL DONE ALL>
