I was referred to pulmonary rehabilitation after recovering from legionaires disase.

Prior to attending I suffered severe breathing difficulties and acute muscle loss on my legs and upper body.

Over the six weeks my breathing improved greatly, plus my muscle redevelopment. I found the course both mentally and physically great. I left after the six weeks more confident and stronger in my mind and body.

The staff were great. They were friendly, informative, and supportive throughout.

I am so grateful and feel I have made friendships and would recommend anybody with lung disease to attend this wonderful regime.
