"Nurse was very friendly and I felt at ease"

About: Community Health Services / Phlebotomy

(as the patient),

When I arrived at Manor Farm Medical Centre there were about six people in front of me waiting to get their blood test done. I waited about half an hour to be seen by the clinician, there was only one person taking blood. The nurse was very friendly and helped me feel at ease while having my blood taken.
