"TENS machine seems to be improving my back pain"

(as the patient),

After having acupuncture at Newton Willows I was referred to St Helen's for information about using a TENS machine.

I decided to buy the same model which is used by the physiotherapist but I was uninstructed on how to use it.

I used it for 2 weeks and revisited to tell my experience in using it. I was told it was possible to alter the setup, which the therapist did for me.

I have now decided to use this new set up, the use of the TENS seems to be improving my back pain and I am very satisfied with the care and instruction I have received.
