My only contact with the centralised prescribing service is when I need to re order my urostomy equipment, consequently some of your questions do not apply.
However, my requests have always been handled promptly and professionally and also in a friendly manner.
Wilkinsons service has also been extremely prompt in delivering the equipment and I am very satisfied with the company and it's back up service with the stoma nurse.
