"Knee Replacement Surgery"

About: Broadgreen Hospital

Anything else?

I was admitted to Broadgreen on 16 July 2013 for a full knee replacement operation. From the moment I was 'booked' in to the moment of discharge I could not find fault with anything during my two day stay. All staff were attentive, friendly and nothing was to much trouble. The ward and all surrounding facilities were immaculate. I could not have received better care if I had paid and had the operation done privately. I have received a number of follow up telephone calls to enquire how I am progressing, which I have found very welcome. The Trauma and Orthopaedics clinic in Broadgreen is a credit to the NHS.
