Dear, Sir, During the period from Monday 10th June to Friday 14th my wife Doreen Moore was admitted to your hospital via the A & E department. She was suffering from a number of illnesses as a result of breast cancer. Sadly the lady died at home on July 15th as a result of the cancer spreading. I would however on behalf of myself and family like to extend our sincere thank you for the absolute first class attention she received whilst in your hospital. From the time the ambulance took my wife and I from our home to your A & E and then transferred to ward 20 everyone Doctors, Nurses, Porters, car park attendants, literally everybody could not have been more helpful or kinder. Sadly all too often we hear of adverse reports of poor hospital treatment and very few praises but I can assure you I and my family have nothing but praises and big thank you to everyone at Heartlands for the first class treatment and kindness shown to us all. Dear Mr Moore,

Thank you for taking the time to post here, at what must be a difficult time for you and your family. It is good to know that you were pleased with our services, and found them to be 'kind' which is so important at such a sensitive time.
