"Excellent introduction to Ashley House"

I have just moved to the area and came to Ashley House to get my treatment changed over. The staff were very friendly and I was seen straight away. I was assessed by Claire who was lovely.

She listened to my wishes and went out of her way to find out all the information I needed to get into the prescribing service that best suits me. She was quick but thorough at filling in the forms and arranged a doctors appointment for well within the time I have till my current prescription runs out. She even rang me and gave me an update after I had left.

On first impressions Ashley House seems like a great service that goes the extra mile for its service users!
