Dear Spiritoftheward,

Thank you for taking the time to give feedback on your experience of adult mental health services and I am sorry that this was your experience. I would be really interested to hear more from you so that we can work together to improve service delivery. If you would like to make a time for us to discuss this further please do contact me via Fi Myrie on 02032282917. I look forward to hearing from you.
