About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

The only delay in being referred for physio was from the Nuffield Hospital. They faxed the request to the wrong doctors surgery.

However, once TRAQS received the referral, it was at the physio within four working days.

The physio at Cottage Hospital, Newport, was very good.

We have received numerous positive comments regarding the service at Newport Cottage Physiotherapy Clinic and I am pleased that you are feeling the benefit of your treatment.
