I have had horrendous experiences here. My appointment date was written down incorrectly on my card & so I was asked to make the trip again (c.30 mile round trip) in rush hour traffic with a 2 week old baby. I returned as requested and had to point out repeatedly to the Clinical Manager that she was reading and notating on the wrong persons notes, she asked me which year my baby was born in when he was only 2 weeks old?!? My follow up appointment has just been confirmed via an automated service on my landline and has woken the baby up. Whole experience appalling; place is filthy with unhelpful and incompetent staff. Dangerous.
