Anything else?
Surgery cancelled at short notice (less than a week before my pre-op. appointment). Alternative date offered about 3 months later - too late. I will go elsewhere.

We work hard to ensure that operations are not cancelled, but occasionally there are circumstances that result in a cancellation that are beyond our control.
