The service I received from the doctor and nurses was top notch. However the rang today to change a follow up appointment and was disappointed in what should have been a happy willing to help receptionist but instead was greeted by a rude mono tone lady that talked to you like you were stupid. I work in retail and if ny colleagues talked like that they would be put of a job. So this is why I have only gave 1 star.

What a shame that what was clearly a good experience was then marred by someone who was rude; I am really sorry and will pass your feedback to the teams to generally remind them of the importance of manner, tone and friendliness whether face to face or on the phone. It is after all what we would expect ourselves.
