"I learned how to stop worrying, stop being so anxious, be positive about everything"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as the patient),

I was feeling very depressed, sitting watching TV every night, not interested in anything. I felt I had no future and everything looked black.

I am 62 years old with a couple of failed marriages behind me, and felt as though I was going to spend my old age in loneliness.

I went to the doctor and she put me in touch with Inclusion Matters. The best thing I ever did.

Slowly, I learned how to stop worrying, stop being so anxious, be positive about everything. I learned how to think different about my worries and not be so negative.

I am now in a much better place and I can see a future, starting to enjoy life more and getting out to meet people.

I would recommend Inclusion Matters to anyone with depression. Far better than anti-depressants.
