Anything else?

I arrived on a Saturday at 4 pm and was discharged at 7.15 pm after having an abscess on my back treated. I think that the waiting time was not excessive given some of the more urgent cases that I saw. Staff dealt with me professionally and considerately although sometimes the process (triage, blood test, initial diagnosis & eventual treatment) can appear a little chaotic and disjointed, and you don't have a real sense of who is in overall control. If your case is not a life-threatening emergency or desperately urgent, just take some reading material with you!
