My daughter needed an urgent treatment on her tooth today, and it was emergencies only (Sunday). She has been fearful of dentists for many years, following a bad experience. I encouraged her to access my dentist (Mr Ralph Pickup), as not only is he perfectly skilful at his job, he is sensitive, kind and compassionate.
My daughter agreed, and we have just returned from the consultation. She is pain free, and as a result of the care she received, is now willing and able to return for further dental treatment. Her faith has been fully restored. Mr Pickup, you have that extra special something that epitomises 'care'. Thank you so much.
