About: Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

136-ed by East Sussex portion of SPNFT, sent to 'Place of Safety', sent back to Medway.

I found their Crises Resolution and Home Treatment Team to be extremely efficient, and did their utmost to be helpful.

Pity their Dart/Grave/Swan Team appear to have 'challenges' to be PC about it, when it comes to turning up in a crisis. Do pass on my negative feedback.

But good-o on Medway AND East and Coastal Kent Team. Do pass on my positive feedback.
