After self referral from Dr advice I attended physiotherapy at Lowe St, I was then referred to the lower limbs exercise therapy class at St Helens hosp.
After discussion I attended every other week and continued with my home exercises. I found this very beneficial as I could discuss progress and problems with Emma my physiotherapist.
She gave help and advise on correct posture while doing exercises and what exercises could aggravate my condition. It was good to know that at the end of my therapy I could always re refer if my problems should re occur and it was not a closed door.
