i have only seen such professional service in a few times in my life and i cannot think of a finer group of professionals in the endoscopy unit in the rsh.....i have never felt so at ease and trust that whatever happened the staff were more than capable of dealing with anything.....friendly,capable,patient and truly professional.....thank you all for your service and care....10/10.
