On the 8th August I bought my little boy for an eye appt. I had not even sat down and the receptionist there I found to be very rude and shouted at my little boy. There was a giant die in the waiting room he went over to it and went to sit on it the receptionist said quite loudly with a horrible tone " That is not for sitting on or throwing or kicking its to be only used to play the game" this shocked and embarrased him as there was a very full waiting room and he just sat there quite upset for the whole half an hour we were sitting there. I think this huge die should be removed if it causes that much problem and if she was worried about him getting hurt then there are kinder ways of saying things. Maybe she would be suited not working with children.
