"appalling service"

I was extremely disappointed the way I was treated by the staff at the Blackburn hospital. I was left on the wheel chair for 3hours so drugged up by morphine given to me by a member of the medical staff as a painkiller. I waited to be seen by a surgical doctor for 14hrs even though i had 3 surgical procedures done just 24hrs before still nobody cared .when I was asked when it will b my turn I was told by the surgical doctor herself that I should appreciate it I been given a chair and painkillers. she is very busy and will see me when she is free. absolutely appalling service. Will never recommend it to any body.
