What I liked

I would like to thank the nurses at the Children's A&E for their professionalism and excellent care. When you have a sick child it is very distressing, the staff have always anawered my querries given excellent and practical advice sometimes before attending the department. They are very child focus and always endeavour to help anxious parents.

Well done.
