(as a service user),

I have been using the Stoma Prescription Service and it’s brilliant.

Most of the time my orders are delivered within two days. The staff members I talk to are always friendly and make sure that I order the correct prescription.

I’ve only had the Stoma since New Year. Originally my nurse used to order for me, but I’ve now ordered about three times by myself. The staff has been most helpful.

I can’t see where they could improve. Sometimes when you call you get the answer machine, but they always ring back on the same day.
