(as a relative),

My wife had an ingrowing toenail, so she visited Dewsbury Health Centre.

The service was great. I just wanted to say Charlie and Sarah were brilliant. They were very funny and relaxed, and talked pleasantly to my wife and me.

They talked my wife through everything so that she was fully informed throughout the procedure.
