"I don’t see how you could beat the service they provided"

About: Bristol Royal Infirmary / Cardiology

(as the patient),

I attended the Bristol Royal Infirmary for a heart tremor. I had an appointment in the heart unit.

The ambulance crew that took me to the hospital was fantastic. Lucy and Ruth in particular were very pleasant and extremely efficient. I don’t see how you could beat the service they provided. They both had a fantastic attitude.

I can’t speak highly enough, and cannot fault the service.

Also my experience in the BRI was terrific. I was made to feel very welcome and couldn’t be more grateful. All staff showed a concern for me.
