"Very reassuring and I have received good advice from the operators"

(as a service user),

I’ve used the 111 service 2/3 times in the last year. I find the service is very reassuring and have received good advice from the operators. On one occasion they directed me to the A&E at the Croydon hospital when I was kept in hospital for treatment.

It’s a very helpful service that helps to save GPs time, an out of hours triage service that works very well.

I am glad that you have found NHS111 supportive. Our staff are well trained and take significant pride in the service that they provide.

NHS111 is designed to direct callers to the most appropriate place of care on the first time of calling. I am glad that this was the case when you called.
