"TRAQS forgot to pass on my referral to the physio service"

About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

My GP referred me immediately to TRAQS who quickly sent a letter confirming referral to a local and excellent physiotherapy service.

TRAQS then forgot to pass on my referral to the physio service. They apologised for the delays of 2 months but if I hadn't rung I still would not have an appointment now.
