What could be improved

very dirty a lot of inactivity by staff have had to contact on numerous occasions to get them to send letters to my gp very very poor

surely nurses can clean instead of socialising with each other

Thank you for your comments Pete. I have fed them into our Trust public and partnership unit who use feed back to improve services. Interestingly on the GP letter issue, as a Trust we are thinking of using email or other means to speed up the process of sending GPs discharge letters. We know how frustrating such delays can be as it leads to a lack of communication between us, you and your GP.
