What I liked

I saw the consultant at the DRI for my condition. I would just like to say that I found him very professional, with an excellent mannerism/patient rapport, and following my examination, he referred me to the day case unit where I met him again, once again I cannot say enough about how polite both he and his staff were, and they really made me feel at ease. I have never had minor surgery or investigation before, therefore I was very nervous! Again I cannot question their professionalism. From their the consultant referred to the day case unit at the City for a biopsy, to sum up, I received quality service, prompt appointments, and very good feedback from the consultant and his staff.

What could be improved

Feedback on how long I would have to wait when I arrived at the City for my biopsy would have been nice, however, this is by no means detrimental to the great service I received. I suppose I was nervous, so not knowing how long I would have to wait waiting didn’t help
