Eau . What a joke of a department , was told I needed to transfer from lovely clean and friendly ipswich hospital for urgent op at colchester ! Mmmmm arrived at 3pm and at 10.30 pm at last was put on a bed . Pain relief , water ,food what is that eau ? Simple care that you fail to deliver . Simple needs of communication as what is happening is where you fail big time . Yes you do a fab job but your staff give the nhs a bad name because you clearly don't care and abuse people by fail to give basic care .
