What I liked

I have not been to a hospital for many years and was slightly anxious about what my experience would be given all the media coverage. I had two visits to grantham hospital for examinations and would like to say how efficient and considerate all the staff were from start to finish. Please pass on my thanks. I am also impressed at the speed with which my subsequent treatment was arranged and the patient information that was sent to me each time.
