What I liked

I went to casulty after tripping over on a night out in Lincoln. I'd been to Grimsby Hospital before and they were very good - treated with respect. Lincol didn't want to know - I was stuck waiting for about four hours and then after they saw me I was kept waiting around again for ages. You get seen really quick at Grimsby - a far superior hospital.

The staff were rude - rushed off their feet - and had no time for you

The floor was dirty and it smelled hossible.

What could be improved

They could actually see you in a timely manner - clean the casulty department and speak to you nicely
