About: Royal Blackburn Hospital / Pendle view inpatient unit

(as the patient),

When I was in the unit, all the staff were top. I was not well at the time and they looked after me and my needs. My care coordinator was brilliant and she knows who she is. Thanks to her and to all the staff in open doors too and to Dr P. Read. He is a top man who helped me big time.

Many thanks for taking the time to write to tell us about your experience whilst on Darwen ward at Pendleview. They will be delighted to read such good feedback about how they were able to help you. We will make sure this gets passed back to all those involved with your care, especially open door staff and Dr Reed who you have mentioned. Unfortunately, as we are unaware who your care co ordinator is we are unable to make her aware of this.
