About: Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust / Psychotherapy

(as the patient),

After reading some comments I was a bit anxious about this place however.

Having self referred myself to this service I was called in a matter of days with a telephone appointment being made for me to suit when I was free. I have to say I wasn't sure about talking on the phone but the person was patient and understanding with me. We agreed initial phone treatment which helped a bit and after this I was put on a list to see a more specialised therapist. After only waiting 4 weeks I saw a CBT therapist who has changed my life. The building although in a shopping centre is easy to get to. They even give drinks when you are waiting which I have never seen in the nhs before. Thank you, thank you, thank you, I feel like new.
