As in all walks some people are made for a task whilst others just lack personality and should pursue other callings. Most nurses were angels and go beyond the call of duty. but some were lacking in personal skills and public relations to the point of surliness and disinterest, but this may possibly down to undue work pressure, or a poor standard of suitable training/supervision.
