A nightmare place where staff do not comunicate with patients, family or each other. The assessment ward is fine, but you only get to stay there for 2 days even if you are not improving and then you are left to the mercy (!?!) of the Ward, where age discrimination is rife and if you come up against one particular "nurse" you are likely to get shouted at, even though you are 93 years old and your wife is very ill. Do not bother with the complaints department, who, instead of taking your comments on board and using them to improve the service, defend the indefensible and tell lies about what went on. A complete and utter disgrace!
