I would just like to say that on behalf of my mother and myself her daughter we cannot thank you enough. The whole thing was simply impressive and wonderful. The week before I attended with my mum for pre-assessment, the clinical nurse practitioner was fantastic and so informative. Upon arrival on 29th July, my mother obviously apprehensive as was I, the staff could not be more caring, professional and upbeat. I obviously did not attend the actual stent procedure but the consultant that did it my mother said was the sweetest, gentlest and caring man obviously with his immense professional skills. The nurse that looked after her for the day and even the lady who served her food were incredible and of course the sense of humour always around makes a very stressful event much easier to deal with. You should all be extremely proud of yourselves and we send thanks and praise that is very much indeed deserved to everybody. Thank you. You only get one mum dont you and mine was in safest of hands!
