What I liked
my husband spent 4 weeks in Marshall Ward in December and readmitted via A7E on 24 Feb. Yesterday had major surgery and currently on ICU.
Without ANY exception medical nursing staff have been efficient, treating us with great courtesy and care, information first class. Treatment could not have been better anywhere and I speak as retired senior nurse/ lecturer in NHS management, Univeristy of Leeds

Cleainng staff on main corridor always look keen on their work and smile at people
What could be improved
Make it much clearer how to get refund on parking over £3 per day.Need more info on payment station 1. to get a receipt and 2. to take it to reception,
as unless one obtains a receipt one cant then request a refund.
