What I liked
My entire experience as a day case exceeded my expectations. The staff in all areas were courteous and professional and ward areas were very clean. I welcomed the opportunity to walk to theatres in my own clothing and change only when necessary. My pain was managed extremely well and I got a real sense that staff cared.
